By using the Raaz-e-Elixir website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• Usage: These terms apply to all visitors and customers. You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to use this site.

• Product Representation: We strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions. However, as our elixirs are natural and cold-pressed, slight variations in color or texture between batches are normal and a sign of authenticity.

• Personal Use: Products are sold for personal use only. Re-selling Raaz-e-Elixir products without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to bring the secrets of nature to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

• Coverage: We ship all across Pakistan.

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–3 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) and 4–5 days for remote areas.

• Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee may apply unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

To ensure a smooth delivery process with our courier partners (TCS/Leopards/BlueEx), please note:

• No Open-Parcel Policy: As per standard courier regulations in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider.

• Payment First: The rider is only authorized to hand over the package once the cash has been collected.

• Inspection: If you find any external damage to the flyer/packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact our WhatsApp support immediately.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of herbal oils, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive untampered, fresh products.

• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong oil, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo/video of the product. We will replace it at no extra cost.

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” once the seal is broken or the product is used, due to hygiene standards.

• Sale Items: Products purchased during the 10% Discount or other promotional sales are final and cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Allergy Warning: While our oils are 100% natural and chemical-free, we recommend a patch test before full use. Raaz-e-Elixir is not liable for individual allergic reactions to natural ingredients.

• Medical Disclaimer: Our products are herbal elixirs for cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

6. Order Cancellation

• Raaz-e-Elixir reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to): out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

• Customers can cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
