Refund & Return Policy

At Raaz-e-Elixir, we take great pride in the purity and quality of our cold-pressed oils. Because our products are 100% natural and intended for personal care, we maintain a strict policy to ensure every customer receives a fresh, untampered “elixir.”

1. 24-Hour Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, we offer a free replacement.

  • Requirement: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Proof: Please send a photo or a short video of the damaged item and the shipping flyer to our WhatsApp support (+923277330044)

  • Process: Once verified, we will dispatch a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards for skin and hair care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken.

  • Products that have been used, even partially.

  • “Change of mind” after the parcel has been delivered.

  • Items purchased during a Sale (e.g., the 10% Discount promotion).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & “Open-Parcel” Policy

Please note that our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, etc.) follow a No Open-Parcel Policy.

  • You are required to pay the rider the full amount before opening the flyer.

  • If you find any internal damage after opening, don’t worry—our 24-Hour Replacement Guarantee (mentioned above) protects you completely.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is with the courier, it cannot be canceled. If a customer refuses to accept a genuine order at the doorstep, we reserve the right to restrict future “Cash on Delivery” services for that customer.

5. Refund Process (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved by our team:

  • Refund Method: The amount will be transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund process takes 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
